  1. New

    Refer a friend, from inside the app

    • Version 4.2.0 of the desktop app adds a "Refer a friend" tab to Account. Your invite link and code are there, along with Copy Link, Copy Message, and Email a Friend.
    • There's a QR code you can scan with your phone's camera, so you can text your link from the phone you'd actually text from.
    • The tab also shows how it's going: how many friends have used your link, how many went on to buy, and how many credits you've earned so far.
    • Got a promo code from a card or an ad? There's a box for it on the same tab, and the credits land on your account right away.
    • The app updates itself, so you'll get this the next time it checks for updates.
  2. New

    Invite friends and earn credits

    • Every account now has its own invite link and QR code, right on your Account page. Copy it, email it, or — on a phone — text it straight from the page.
    • When a friend signs up with your link, they get a welcome bonus of credits automatically. When they make their first paid purchase, credits land in your own balance too — nothing to claim, nothing to remember.
    • Your Account page tracks it all: how many friends have signed up, how many have gone on to buy, and how many credits you've earned from referrals so far.
    • Got a promo code from somewhere else — a business card, an ad, a friend outside the referral program? A new "Have a promo code?" box on your Account page adds its credits to your balance in one step.

    Fifty sample job postings to practice on

    • No job posting handy? Browse fifty realistic sample postings covering everything from software engineering to marketing, sales, finance, operations, HR and healthcare admin.
    • In the app, pick one of these sample postings and see your resume's match score right away — it's free, and nothing is saved unless you choose to keep it.
    • Like what you see for a posting? Turn on full AI tailoring for that same one whenever you're ready — a paid step, with the cost always shown before it runs.
    • The same fifty postings are also on the website, each with a sample listing, a typical salary range, and pointers on how that role's postings tend to be written badly.
    • A practice run only shows up in your application tracker if you ask it to — trying things out never clutters your real job search history.
  4. New

    Four more ways to sign in — and one with no password at all

    • You can now sign in with Microsoft, LinkedIn, GitHub or Apple, alongside the Google and email options that were already there. Use whichever account you already have.
    • Rather not deal with a password? Pick "Email me a sign-in link instead" on the sign-in page and we'll send you a link that signs you straight in.
    • Use a different provider next time and you land in the same account, as long as it's the same email address — your plan, credits and documents come with you.
    • The sign-in page now marks whichever method you used last on this device, so you don't have to remember which one you picked.
  5. Improved

    Updating: no need to uninstall first

    • Already have Crush Job? You never need to uninstall the old version to update. Crush Job keeps itself up to date automatically, and you can force a check any time from "Check for Updates" in the Hub.
    • Prefer to reinstall by hand? Just run CrushJobInstaller.exe straight over the top — your profiles, documents, and saved keys stay untouched. "Apps & features" is only for removing Crush Job entirely.

    A one-click installer for Windows

    • The Windows download is now a small installer — CrushJobInstaller.exe — that opens a branded window, fetches the full Crush Job app, and installs it for you. No more sitting through one giant download before setup even starts.
    • Want the full installer up front, or need to get around antivirus on the small one? It's always available as a direct download on GitHub.

    Buy straight from pricing — plans, passes, and credit packs

    • No more detour through a waitlist — pick a plan or a 90-day pass right on /pricing and check out on the spot.
    • Credit packs (extra AI usage on top of your plan) are now shown on the pricing page too, not just tucked behind sign-in. Pick one before you even have an account — we pick up the purchase the moment you finish signing up.
    • The 90-day passes are back: a single payment that ends on its own after 90 days, no subscription or cancellation involved.
  8. Improved

    A new look for the site

    • New homepage, a refreshed color palette, and the real Crush Job fist logo in every spot that used to carry the placeholder.
    • The new logo now shows up in your inbox too — account confirmations, password resets, and purchase receipts all carry it.
    • Cleaned up a few rough edges along the way, including a duplicated error page and some dead admin links.

    Plainer names for the plans

    • The plans say what they are: Free, Interview Ready, and All Access. Prices and what's included are exactly the same — only the names changed.
    • The one-time 90-day pass is now Get Hired Fast, with two ways in: Interview Ready — 90 Days and All Access — 90 Days. Still a single purchase that never auto-renews.
    • Founding-member pricing is now called the early bird price. Same deal, same discount: a rate you lock before public launch, and it's yours for the life of your subscription.

    Rezi Dicer is now Rezi Ninja

    • The resume-tailoring module has a new name — Rezi Ninja — and a sharper look. Same tool: the tailoring engine, the match score, and the application tracker all work exactly as before.
    • Your data carries over untouched. Run history, tailored resumes, saved scores, and settings all migrate automatically the first time you open the new version.
    • The match score is now the Ninja Score.

    Accounts & gated downloads

    • Create a free Crush Job account with email or one-click Google sign-in.
    • Download the desktop suite straight from your account — your workbook is ready the moment you install.
    • Your account dashboard shows your plan and lets you manage the devices linked to it.

    Crush Job on the web

    • Launched crushjob.ai with the full story on the suite — Rezi Ninja, Interview Killer, Mock It!, and Interview Copilot.
    • Opened the waitlist so early supporters can lock the early bird price first.
    • Published the blog with the first guides on AI-assisted tailoring and mock interviews.
